Thoughts on Week 11 (2025): Green Bay Packers at New York Giants

Thank goodness Green Bay got that win on Sunday. Entering the game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the Green Bay Packers were looking to end their two game losing streak and get back on track before a tough stretch of games that spans the last 7 weeks of the season. In their way was a Giants team that, even though they fired their head coach last week, was not going to go down without a fight. It was not a perfect game, but the P

Thoughts on Week 10 (2025): Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles

This one was brutal to watch on Monday night. Heading into the game against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers were looking to bounce back from their 16-13 loss at home to the Carolina Panthers in Week 9. Granted, they were playing the defending Super Bowl champions on Monday night and had just lost their best tight end in Tucker Kraft to a season ending knee injury. Still, I was hoping that they would put up a good fight against Philadelphia in f

Thoughts on Week 9 (2025): Green Bay Packers vs. Carolina Panthers

Well, that game couldn’t have gone worse for Green Bay. Entering this game on Sunday, the Packers were looking to add to their winning streak and stay on top of the NFC North. In their way was a Carolina Panthers team that was looking to rebound from a 40-9 loss to Buffalo in Week 8. The Packers were debuting their new 1923 throwback uniforms (which looked great on the field) and were celebrating Jordan Love’s 27th birthday. Unfortunately, the game ended up being awful in a n

Thoughts on Week 8 (2025): Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers

That game was definitely a "Tale of two halves” for the Green Bay Packers. Entering Sunday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium (which I still call Heinz Field), the Packers were looking to get their first win in Pittsburgh since December 6th, 1970. The quarterback for the Packers on that day was Bart Starr, in what was his second to last season in the NFL. For this game on Sunday night, emotions were high on both sides. Aaron Rodgers was facing of

Thoughts on Week 7 (2025): Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals

Weird and crazy things seem to happen when the Green Bay Packers play in the desert. Entering this game at State Farm Stadium, the Packers were looking for their first road win of the 2025 season against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals entered this game at 2-4 on the season, but all of their games have come down to the wire. This game was no different, as the Packers had no lead up until the final minutes. With this intro out of the way, let’s take a detailed look at how

Thoughts on Week 6 (2025): Green Bay Packers vs. Cincinnati Bengals

That game was a bit close for comfort given the circumstances. The Green Bay Packers were entering this game looking for their first win in a month, with their last three weeks being a loss to Cleveland, a tie against Dallas, and their bye week. Thankfully, they were back at Lambeau Field for the first time in a month against a Cincinnati Bengals team that has been struggling since they lost Joe Burrow to injury back in Week 2. A few days ago, the Bengals traded for former Br
